多层螺旋CT曲面重组技术对壶腹癌的诊断价值

目的:评价多层螺旋CT曲面重组(curved planar reformations,CPR)技术在诊断壶腹癌中的价值。方法:回顾分析27例经手术病理证实壶腹癌病例,所有患者均行多层螺旋CT三期增强扫描,并沿胆总管及胰管进行曲面重组,根据横断面图像和横断面图像结合CPR图像分析壶腹癌肿块的特点及扩张的肝内外胆管、胰管的形态改变。结果:27例均发现肿瘤,并均有不同程度的胆道低位梗阻;均能清晰显示肿瘤的部位、大小以及与周围组织结构的关系。结论:曲面重组技术对壶腹癌的诊断和鉴别诊断有重要价值,并对手术治疗提供重要的指导作用。

Multi-slice Spiral CT with Curved Planar Reformations in the Evaluation of Ampullary Carcinoma

Objective. To evaluate the multi-slice spiral CT（MSCT） with curved planar reformations（CPR） findings of ampullary carcinoma. Methods： Analyse 27 cases with pathologically verified ampullary carcinoma which were undergone unenhance and three-phase contrast-enhanced MSCT scan. The dilated bile duct and pancreas duct were analysed with curved planar reformation. Results. 27 cases are all found ampullary carcinoma, and have low level obstruction of common bile bluct. The ampullary carcinoma manifest light- medium contrast with the contrast-enhanced MSCT scan. Conelusioli. It is valuable for diagnosis, differential diagnosis and surgical operation of ampullary carcinoma with the unenhance and three-phase contrast-enhanced MSCT scan and CPR.
