补肾化“痰”治疗下丘脑—垂体功能失调性闭经

我院在补肾治疗无排卵型功能性子宫出血病和多囊性卵巢综合症的基础上,自1979年12月至1982年6月对26例下丘脑—垂体功能失调性闭经患者进行补肾化"痰"治疗,并作了有关的实验室工作,现小结讨论如下。

Treatment of Hypothalamus-Pituitary Disorder Amenorrhea by Tonifying the Kidney and Resolving Phlegm

The method of tonifying the kidney and resolving phlegm was used to treat 26 cases of hypothalamus- pituitary disorder amenorrhea.Of the 25 cases with induced ovulation,20(76.9%)ovulated 1-3 times every 3 months.Of the 9 married patients 7 became pregnant after treatment.Their amenorrheic periods had averaged 6.9 years.On investigation enlarged ovaries were found in all cases by pneumoperitoneography, and 11 out of 12 cases appeared to have polycystic ovaries on laparoscopy.19 cases(73%)showed low EI (<30%)in vaginal smear,dilatation and curettage and pathological examination were performed in 4 cases;3 cases presented endometrial hyperplasia and one case proliferative endometrium.Urine FSH was evaluated biologically in all cases,the value of 21 cases being at a low level.Serum LH was measured in 14 cases by immunoradioassay,the value of 12 patients being below 5ng/ml.LRT was also determined;normal results were obtained in 12 out 14 cases.Of the 18 patients with low EI level(in vaginal smear),the level was elevated in 14 cases;the EI level dropped to normal in the three high EI level cases.These observations suggest that tonifying the kidney and resdlving phlegm perform functions in hypothalamus-pituitary level.
