胃癌综合治疗临床分析

目的:探讨对胃癌的诊断及以手术为主、辅助术后放化疗的综合措施。方法:回顾性总结40例胃癌患者的临床资料。结果:通过临床手术治疗,放化疗为辅助,临床全部治愈,1年、2年、3年的存活率分别为86%、78%、75%。结论:综合分析,胃癌患者以手术为主、放化疗为辅的综合治疗法在临床应用广泛且效果肯定。

Gastric Cancer Therapy Clinical Analysis

Objective. To explore the comprehensive measures for the diagnosis of gastric surgery on secondary postoperative radio- therapy and chemotherapy. Methods ： A retrospective summary of the clinical data of 40 patients with gastric cancer admitted to the hospital nearly three years. Results ： supplemented by the results of clinical surgery, put, clinical cure all, a year, 2 years, 3-year sur- vival rates were 86 %,78 ~ ,75 % Conclusion ： Comprehensive analysis of patients with gastric cancer with surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy supplemented by a comprehensive therapy certainly result in clinical applications.
