| 摘 要： | 目的：病毒神经氨酸酶抑制剂是继金刚烷胺和流感疫苗后的一类全新作用机制的流感防治药物，本介绍其进展和临床对抗流感的效果。方法：采用国内外献综述方法。结果和结论：神经氨酸酶抑制剂能选择性地抑制病毒表面神经氨酸酶的活性，阻止子代病毒颗粒在宿主细胞的复制和释放，有效地预防感冒和缓解症状，在感冒初期应用，可明显缩短疾病的持续时间。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: Nueraminidase inhibitor of infuenza are a novel class of flu therapeutic drugs which have new mechanisms of action different from amantadine and flu vaccine, to summarize the aspect of clinical evaluation for the treatment of influenza A and B virus infection on nueraminidase Inhibitor. Methods:To collecte medical literatures in recent years at home and abroad. Results and Conclusion: Nueraminidase inhibitor can inhibited activity of nueraminidase, provent virus peliet reproduce and released from bing body infection cells. Prevention and lysis symptom of influenza,especialy obvious that of curtail ones time of course of disease. |
