摘    要:
目的探讨RhoC基因在胃癌中的表达及其与临床病理因素之间的关系。方法采用免疫组化S-P法检测97例胃癌组织及89例癌旁组织中RhoC的表达。结果在89例癌旁组织中82例不表达RhoC,97例胃癌组织中,75例(77.31%)表达RhoC。两者之间有显著差异(P=0.00)。RhoC蛋白的过量表达与患者性别及肿瘤分级、分化和淋巴结转移未见相关性,与肿瘤浸润深度,肿瘤分期存在相关性(P<0.05)。结论RhoC蛋白在胃癌中过量表达与胃癌的发生发展密切相关,可以作为胃癌的预后判断指标之一。

Abstract:
ObjectiveTo investigate the expression of RhoC gene in gastric carcinoma(GC) and their relationship to clinicopathological factors.MethodsImmunohistochemical staining S-P method was used to detect the expression of RhoC in 97 cases of GC and 89 of paracarcinoma gastric mucosa tissue.ResultsThe positive rate of RhoC expression was 7.86%(7/89%) in paracarcinoma gastric mucosa and 77.31%(75/97) in GC specimens.There was significant difference between them(P=0.000).The expression of RhoC in GC was not correlated with the gender of patients,tumor differentiation,histological type and lymph node metastasis,but significantly associated with the depth of tumor invasinon and TNM staging.ConclusionOverexpression of RhoC protein may play an important role in carcinogenesis and progression of gastric carcinoma.Detection of the overepression of RhoC might be served as an indicator for evaluating prognosis in gastric carcinoma.
