摘    要:目的建立同时测定天黄颗粒中阿魏酸和姜黄素含量的方法。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为Diamond-C_(18)柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈~(-1)mL·L~(-1)磷酸水溶液(二元梯度洗脱);流速为0.8mL·min~(-1);检测波长为354nm;柱温约为20℃。结果阿魏酸和姜黄素质量浓度分别在7~148和20~200μg·mL~(-1)范围内与各自峰面积线性关系良好,平均回收率分别为108.4%和103.7%,RSD值分别为1.9%和1.2%。样品中阿魏酸和姜黄素平均含量分别为0.4和1.27mg·g~(-1)。结论该方法精密度好,结果准确,可用于天黄颗粒中阿魏酸和姜黄素的含量测定。

Abstract:Objective To establish a determination method for ferulic acid and curcumin in Tianhuang Granules .Methods An RP‐HPLC method was established .The chromatographic column was Diamond‐C18 (250 mm × 4 .6 mm ,5μm) .The mobile phase was a mixture of acetonitrile‐1 mL · L -1 phosphoric acid (gradient elution) .The flow rate was 0 .8 mL · min-1 ,the UV detection wave‐length was 354 nm ,and the column temperature was 20 ℃ .Results The linear range of ferulic acid was between 7‐148 μg · mL -1 with a good linear relationship and the average recovery was 108 .4% ,RSD was 1 .9% .The linear range of curcumin was between 20‐200 μg · mL -1 with a good linear relationship and the average recovery was 103 .7% ,RSD was 1 .2% .The average contents of ferulic acid and curcumin were 0 .4 and 1 .27 mg · g -1 ,respectively .Conclusion The method is accurate with high precision ,and can be used for the quantitative determination of Tianhuang Granules .
