摘    要:
目的比较三种内固定方法治疗锁骨骨折的临床疗效。方法2000年2月至2006年2月我院应用三种内固定材料治疗锁骨骨折136例,其中记忆合金接骨板50例,重建钢板固定68例,中空钉内固定18例,术后比较其临床疗效。结果三组随访6~17个月,平均12.5个月。记忆合金接骨板组平均愈合时间10.1周,优良率92%;重建钢板组平均愈合时间9.3周,优良率94.1%;中空钉组平均愈合时间7.8周,优良率94.4%。结论记忆合金接骨板存在较多不足之处;重建钢板适合各种骨折类型,固定效果可靠;闭合复位中空加压螺钉内固定术符合近年来的生物学固定原则,具有较大的推广应用价值,应用时要注意选择好适应证。

Abstract:
Objective To compare the effects of three in ternal fixers for clavicular fracture.Methods From Februa ry 2000 to February 2006,136 cases of clavicular fracfure were divided into thre e groups: shape memory alloys embracing fixer (Group A,n=50), re construction plate (Group B,n=68) and small compressive cannulat ed screw (Group C,n=18).The effects were evaluated with excel,go od,acceptable and worse respectively.Results All of the c ases were followed up for 6 to 17 months after operation (average 12.5 months). In the group A,B,C,the average healing time was 10.1 weeks, 9.3 weeks and 7.8 we eks,respectively,and the rate of excel and good was 92%,94.1% and 94.4%,respecti vely.Conclusion Shape memory alloys embracing fixers have some disadvantages to open fix clavicular fracture.Reconstruction plate is suit able for all of the fractures, which is of reliable effects for fixations.Closed small compressive cannulated screw is a minimal invasive surgery which is worth to be popularized, but its' indications should be taken into consideration.
