S100A4 PDGF-A KLK6及Survivin在卵巢癌中的表达

摘    要:目的检测S100A4、PDGF-A、KLK6及Survivin在人类上皮性卵巢肿瘤中的表达情况,并分析它们与上皮性卵巢癌的浸润、转移发生的关系及其生物学意义。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法检测S100A4、PDGF-A、KLK6及Survivin在上皮性卵巢肿瘤中的表达情况,结合临床病理情况分析它们与临床病理参数之间的关系。结果上皮性卵巢癌中S100A4、PDGF-A、KLK6和Survivin的表达率比卵巢良性肿瘤和上皮性卵巢交界性肿瘤中的表达率增高(P<0.05);4种标记物在上皮性卵巢癌中的表达均与临床病理分期、组织学分级、有无转移及有无腹水有关(P<0.05),与肿瘤大小、临床病理类型无关(P>0.05)。结论S100A4、PDGF-A、KLK6及Survivin的表达与上皮性卵巢癌的发生发展关系密切,是判断上皮性卵巢癌生物学行为、预测侵袭转移的重要指标。

Abstract:Objective To study the expressions of S100A4, PDGF-A, KLK6 and Survivin in human epithelial ovarian tumor, and to explore their roles in ovarian carcinoma invasion and metastasis and its biological significance. Methods The expressions of S100A4, PDGF-A, KLK6 and Survivin were detected by S-P immunohistochemistry in histological section of ovarian tumor and the relationship between the results and clinical pathological parameters were assessed. Results The expression rate of S100A4, PDGF-A, KLK6 and Survivin in epithelial ovarian carcinomawas higher than those in borderline eystadenoma and benign tumors and normalovarian tissues (P〈0.05). The expression of S100A4, PDGF-A, KLK6 and Survivin had a relation with histological grade, metastasis, clinical stages and ascites of the ovarian cancer (P〈0.05), but they had no association with pathologic types and tumor size. Conclusion The expression of S100A4, PDGF-A, KLK6 and Survivinis is closely related to the development of epithelial ovarian carcinoma, which is valuable markers in predicting biological behavior and trend ofmetastasis in epithelial ovarian carcinoma.
