绝经后女性宫腔积脓10例临床分析

目的：探讨绝经后女性宫腔积脓的诊断及治疗方法。方法：分析我院10例绝经后女性患者,对其发病特点、诊治方法进行分析、总结。结果：3例以“急性腹膜炎”被收入外科治疗,1例术前诊断为盆腔脓肿,1例入院后明确诊断为宫腔积脓,其余5例患者行了剖腹探查病灶切除术,全部病例均配合抗菌素治疗,痊愈出院。结论：绝经后宫腔积脓发病隐匿,易误诊．经阴道超声检查对本病的诊断有重要价值。

Clinical Analysis on 10 Cases of Pyometra in Postmenopause Period

Objective： To explore the diagnosis and treatment methods of pyometra of women in postmenopause period. Methods： Analyzing the characteristics of the disease and the diagnosis and treatment methods of 10 cases of patients in our hospital. Resuits： 3 cases were sent to surgical clinics, 1 was diagnosed as pelvic abscess before surgery, another 1 was diagnosed as pyometra directly and 5 cases got incision. All of them were treated together with antibiotics and cured. Conclusion： Pyometra in postmenopause period is easy to be misdiagnosed and the diagnosis through vagina ultrasound tests is valuable.
