CT影像诊断急性胰腺炎的临床价值评估

目的:探讨CT检查在急性胰腺炎患者临床诊断中的应用价值。方法:选取2017年7月~2018年7月进入本院诊治的90例急性胰腺炎患者作为观察对象,行CT影像检查及增强扫描,以手术病理诊断结果为金标准分析诊断结果。结果:90例经CT检查后有88例诊断为急性胰腺炎,病理诊断90例均为急性胰腺炎,二者比较,CT影像诊断准确率为97.78%(88/90),漏诊率为2.22%(2/90);病理诊断90例患者中,16例为出血坏死型、74例为急性水肿型,CT诊断14例为出血坏死型、74例为急性水肿型,对比差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:CT影像检查应用于急性胰腺炎临床诊断,同时结合患者临床症状进行综合分析,可获得较高诊断准确率。

Clinical Value of CT Imaging in the Diagnosis of Acute Pancreatitis

Objective: To explore the value of CT in the clinical diagnosis of acute pancreatitis. Methods: 90 patients with acute pancreatitis admitted to our hospital from July 2017 to July 2018 were selected as the subjects for CT imaging and enhanced scanning, and the results of surgical and pathological diagnosis were analyzed as the gold standard. Results: After CT examination, 88 of 90 patients were diagnosed as acute pancreatitis, 90 of them were diagnosed as acute pancreatitis by pathology. The accuracy rate of CT image diagnosis was 97.78%(88/90), and the missed diagnosis rate was 2.22%(2/90). Of 90 patients diagnosed by pathology, 16 were hemorrhagic necrotic type, 74 were acute edematous type, 14 were hemorrhagic necrotic type and 74 were acute edematous type. The differences were compared There was no significant difference(P>0.05). Conclusion: The application of CT imaging in the clinical diagnosis of acute pancreatitis, combined with the comprehensive analysis of patients? clinical symptoms, can obtain a higher diagnostic accuracy, which is worth popularizing.
