全身麻醉复合硬膜外麻醉对腹腔镜手术患者血流动力学的影响

目的探讨全身麻醉复合硬膜外麻醉对腹腔镜手术患者血流动力学的影响。方法选取2018年2月至2019年3月医院收治的120例腹腔镜手术患者,采取随机数字表法分为两组,各60例。对照组采取全身麻醉,试验组采用全身麻醉复合硬膜外麻醉,比较两组血流动力学和麻醉情况。结果麻醉前、插管后,两组心率(HR)、平均动脉压(MAP)比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);气腹后10min、30min,试验组HR、MAP均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组麻醉起效时间、苏醒时间、拔管及意识恢复时间均比对照组短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全身麻醉复合硬膜外麻醉对腹腔镜手术患者血流动力学影响较小,麻醉效果较好,苏醒所需时间较短。

Effect of General Anesthesia Combined with Epidural Anesthesia on Hemodynamics in Patients Undergoing Laparoscopic Surgery

Objective To analyze the effect of general anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia on hemodynamics in patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery.Methods A total of 120 patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery in this hospital from February 2018 to March 2019 were enrolled in the study.They were randomly divided into two groups,with 60 cases in each group.General anesthesia was used in the control group and general anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia was used in the experimental group.Hemodynamics and anesthesia were compared between the two groups.Results Before anesthesia and after intubation,there were no significant differences in heart rate(HR)and mean arterial pressure(MAP)between the two groups(P>0.05);10 min and 30 min after pneumoperitoneum,the HR and MAP of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The anesthesia onset time,recovery time,extubation and consciousness recovery time of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions General anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia has little effect on hemodynamics in patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery.The anesthetic effect is better and the time required for awakening is shorter.
