直接交流模式在老年护理学临床教学中的应用

摘    要:目的:探讨直接交流式教学法在提高老年护理学临床教学中的效果。方法:对210名大专护生进行分组教学,其中试验组105名采用直接交流式教学法,对照组105名采用单纯教师讲解示范法。课后对两组护生进行理论考核和问卷调查。结果:试验组护生成绩明显优于对照组(P〈0.05),问卷调查显示试验组学生对直接交流模式教学法的支持肯定明显优于对照组(P〈0.01)。结论:直接交流模式教学法是一种良好的、开放式的教学方法.可以增强学生学习主动性和解决问题的能力,提高教学质量,增强临床实习的适应性。

Abstract:Objectives:To explore the efficacy of direct-communication teaching model in clinical teaching of geriatric nursing.Methods:210 students were divided into two groups in this study.There were 105 students as test group receiving direct-communication teaching model and other 105 students as control group receiving simple teacher-lecture teaching model.Theory test and questionnaire survey were carried out in two groups after class.Results:The theory test score in the test group was obviously better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The result of questionnaire survey showed that positive supporting rate of direct-communication teaching model in the test group was much higher than that of simple teacher-lecture teaching model in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Direct-communication teaching model is a good and opening teaching method,improving student's learning activity and ability to question,elevating teaching quality and enhancing adaptation of clinical practice.
