联接式前路内固定系统治疗胸腰段脊柱爆裂骨折（附24例报 告）

目的　研究和评估联接式前路内固定器在胸腰段脊柱爆裂骨折治疗中的作用。方法　自1994年6月将自行设计的联接式椎体前路内固定器应用于24例胸腰段脊柱爆裂骨折前方减压、植骨术后前路内固定。结果　24例全部随访两年以上，脊柱畸形大部分矫正5例，完全矫正19例，无内固定失败，全部获脊柱骨性融合。全瘫3例，1例改善，不全瘫21例均有恢复。22例中恢复一级者11例，二级者8例，三级者3例。结论　联接式内固定器结构合理，固定可靠，操作方便，刺激性小，适用于胸腰段爆裂骨折前路减压后脊柱重建

Connective Anterior Spinal Fixation System to Treat Thoraco-lumbar Burst Fractures (Report of 24 cases)

Objective To study and evaluate the function of connective anterior spinal fixation system (CASFS) in thoraco lumbar burst fractures Methods From June 1994,24 cases of thoraco lumbar burst fracture were treated with anterior decompression, bone grafting and CASFS fixation Results All cases were followed up for more than 2 years Among these spinal deformation cases, 5 were basically corrected and 19 completely corrected with no fixation failure All cases were bony fusion.Out of the 3 whole paralysis cases,1 case showed great improvement and the other 21 part paralysis cases all improved substantially.Among the 22 cases,11 cases achieved level one recovery,8 level two and 3 level three recovery.Conclusion CASFS was reasonably designed,so it could supply reliable fixation,simple operation and led to minor trauma,and it was especially useful for spinal reconstruction in thoraco lumbar burst fractures after anterior decompression.
