摘    要:目的:探讨中华青牛胆中微量元素含量测定方法。方法:采用微波消解样品、电感耦合等离子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定中华青牛胆中镉、钴、铬、铜、锰、镍等8种微量元素的含量。结果:在最佳仪器工作条件下,各元素的加标回收率在90.0%~104.0%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.9%~1.9%,检出限在1~8 ng/L之间。结论:该方法快速便捷,准确度高,适用于中药材微量元素的分析,结果令人满意。

Abstract:Objective: To explore microwave digestion / inductively coupled plasma emission spec- troscopy (ICP-AES) determination of trace elements in China Tinospora content. Methods,Determined 8 trace elements including cobalt, chromium, copper, manganese, nickel and so on in Chinese Tinospora cadmium with microwave digestion and ICP-AES determination. Results, Under the best working condi- tion, each element recovery rate of each element was 90.0~104.0%, with the relative standard deviation (RSD) as 0.9%-1.9% and detection limit as 1-8 ng / L. Conclusion: This method is fast and con- venient, with high accuracy. It is satisfactory in determination of trace elements in Chinese herbal medicine.
