不同方式全子宫切除生活质量及住院费用的比较

目的：对不同方式全子宫切除术后，患者生活质量及住院费用进行前瞻性研究，方法：选择我院1996年2月至2001年2月需行全子宫切除病人102例，随机分为腹式手术组34例，腹腔镜手术组34例及阴式手术组34例，术后收集病人住院记录，复诊记录，并设计问卷调查，结果：三组比较，经阴道全子宫切除患者较其它两组恢复正常生活快，生活质量评分高，P＜0．05，住院费用比较，腹腔镜手术组最高，阴式手术组最低P＜0．05，结论：经阴道全子宫切除术生活质量高，住院费用低，是值得提倡的一种术式。

Quality of life and hospitalization costs in women undergoing different hysterectomy

Objective We studied quality of life and hospitalizaton costs for women undergoing different hysterectomy.Methods 102 study subjects were randomly divided into total abdominal hysterectomy group(TAH)(N=34),laparoscopically assisted vaginal hysterectomy group(LAVH)(N=34) and total vaginal hysterectomy group(TVH)(N=34).The investigations on their quality of life and hospitalization costs were conducted by medical records and questionaires.Results The study subjects undergoing TVH returnded to normal activity levels sooner and had more favorable quality of life scores than did those undergoing LAVH or TAH,whereas hospitalization costs were highest in LAVH group but lowest in TVH group.Conclusion TVH resulted in better quality of life outcomes and lower hospitalization costs compared with LAVH or TAH.
