| ERCP及PTC对胆道梗阻的诊断 | |

| 摘 要： | 对近年来我院160例梗阻性黄疸病人行内窥镜逆行胰胆管造影(ERCP)及经皮肝穿胆道造影(PTC)情况进行了回顾分析。指出ERCP和PTC是明确梗阻性黄疸原因的理想手段。梗阻性黄疸原因较多,梗阻及狭窄表现多样,通过对梗阻及狭窄面的X线所见仔细观察,结合临床综合分析,做出鉴别诊断,以明确梗阻的真正原因。 |

| Abstract: | The review and analysis was given in the paper about 160 cases manifestation of obstructive jaudice by ERCP or PTC in our hospital recent years. The paper indicated the PTC and ERCP is effective ways to define reason of obstructive jaudice, and its cause has many kinds,and its manifestation is various. By attentively observing for obstructive and stenosisnotic manifestation of obstructive, generally analysising relative clinical document , the diagnosis as well as different diagnosis of the entity were given,and true cause was found. |
