| 摘 要： | 本文对100对不孕夫妇做了125例次体外精子宫颈粘液穿透试验。结果证实,在三个周期的125例次连续观察中:差22次(17.6％);阴性11次(88％);良、优92次(73.6％);结果基本一致。说明方法是稳定的,作者认为,该试验操作简便无需特殊设备和药品,用于诊断夫妇间是否由于宫颈因素所致的不孕是有必要的。 |

| Abstract: | 125 in vitro sperm-cervical mucus penetration tests were carried out in 100 infertile couples.The results were bad in 22 tests (17.6%), negative in 11. tests (8.8%), good and excel lent in 92 tests (73.6%).In patients observed for 3 successive menstrual cycles, the results were similar.Authors believe that the procedure of this test is simple and no special equipment and reagents are required.The method is useful in the diagnosis of infertility with cervical factors. |
