| 糖尿病视网膜病变与血清胆红素水平的关系 | |

| 摘 要： | 目的探讨糖尿病患者视网膜病变与血清胆红素水平的关系。方法选取首都医科大学附属北京同仁医院内分泌科2005年6月至2008年5月住院的Ⅱ型糖尿病患者664例,根据眼底检查结果分为无视网膜病变(non-diabetic retinopathy,NDR)组和视网膜病变(diabetic retinopathy,DR)组,比较2组患者血清胆红素水平的差异。应用多因素非条件Logistic回归分析法对其危险因素建立方程。结果DR组患者胆红素水平低于NDR组患者(P<0.01),以糖尿病视网膜病变为因变量行Logistic回归分析显示病程(OR=1.011)、血清低密度脂蛋白水平(OR=1.450)和收缩压(OR=1.011)是其独立危险因素,血清胆红素水平(OR=0.909)是其保护性因素。结论胆红素水平与糖尿病视网膜病变的发生发展相关,应重视胆红素的抗氧化作用。 |
