| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨妊娠合并乙型肝炎病毒感染孕妇及新生儿围产期的护理方法.方法:回顾性分析2007年在我院分娩的52例妊娠合并乙型肝炎的产妇,通过积极临床干预,观察产妇和新生儿情况.结果:52例中无1例发生产后大出血,未发生新生儿垂直传播.结论:正确的围产期护理和临床干预效果满意.

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the nursing of the perinatal pregnancy women with hepatitis B virus infection and infants.Method:52 cases of perinatal pregnancy women with hepatitis B virus infection and infants nursed in 2007 were retrospectively analyzed.the conditions of the perinatal pregnancy women and infants were observed after active intervention.Results:None post partum hemorrhage and vertical transmission was found among all cases.Conclusion:Satisfied effect would be gained through proper nursing of perinatal pregnancy and clinical intervention. |
