| 摘 要： | 目的 对国内外5个企业的盐酸二甲双胍片进行体外溶出度考察，为临床合理用药提供依据。方法 中国药典2000年版规定的方法。结果 5个企业在5个时间点的累积溶出百分率均有显著性差异(P＜0.01)。结论 实验结果为临床选药提供了参考。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To investigate the dissolution of metformin HCl of five formulations and to obtain the basis for its rational use.METHOD According to the first method in Chinese Pharmacopoeia (2000) appendix XC,the rotational speed was 100 r·min-1 under the temperature (37.0±0.5)℃.The content was measured by UV spectrophotometry at 233 nm.RESULTS The dissolution of these samples at five time point showed significant difference (P＜0.01).CONCLUSION The results may be used as the basis for rational use of the drug. |
