消化道双向给药联合双腔Miller-Abbott管治疗低位单纯粘连性小肠梗阻的临床观察

目的观察中药消化道双向给药联合双腔Miller-Abbott管治疗低位单纯粘连性小肠梗阻的临床疗效。方法将本院普外科先后收入的70例低位单纯粘连性小肠梗阻患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各35例,对照组给予双腔Miller-Abbott管胃肠减压等基础治疗,治疗组在施行双腔Miller-Ab-bott管胃肠减压的基础上采用中药内服加灌肠的消化道双向给药,通过观测两组患者病情缓解时间的长短及症状改善情况,分析两组治疗后的总体疗效。结果治疗组患者症状明显改善,达到临床治愈,总有效率为100.00%,而对照组总有效率为94.29%。治疗组病情缓解用时明显缩短,疗效明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论消化道双向给药联合双腔Miller-Abbott管胃肠减压对低位单纯粘连性小肠梗阻效果确切。

Clinical Observation of Two-way Gastrointestinal Methods to Give Medicine Combined with Double Cavity Miller-Abbott Tube in the Treatment of Low Simple Adhesion Small Intestinal Obstruction

Objective To observe the clinical effect of two-way gastrointestinal methods to give medicine com- bined with double cavity Miller-Abbott tube in the treatment of low simple adhesion small intestinal obstruction. Methods Seventy cases of low simple adhesion small intestinal obstruction were randomly divided into the treat- ment group and the control group（each n=35）. The control group was given the basic western medical treatment including gastrointestinal decompression using double cavity Miller-Abbott tube. The treatment group was addi- tionally given internal herbal medicine and enema with traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the same basic western medical treatment as in the control group. The duration to remission of symptoms and the improvement of situation after treatment were observed to analyze the overall efficacy. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 100.00% ,with a rate of 94. 29% in the control group. The duration to remission in the treat- ment group is significantly shortened,and the curative effect is obviously better than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Two-way gastrointestinal methods to give traditional Chinese medicine combined with double cavity Miller-Abbott tube are effective in the treatment of low simple adhesion small intestinal obstruction.
