| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨孕妇贫血对妊娠结局的影响.方法 对福清市1022位孕妇的血红蛋白含量及其妊娠结局进行调查分析.结果 孕妇贫血对剖腹产新生儿窒息发生率、流产有显著性影响,而与新生儿体重、孕周及顺产式新生儿窒息发生率则无相关性.结论 孕妇贫血是造成某些不良妊娠结局的重要病因之一,要注意预防和控制孕妇贫血的发生. |

| Abstract: | Objective To ascertain the effect of pregnant woman with anemia on the pregnancy outcome.Methods The 1022 pregnant women's delivery result and hemoglobin were used to statistics and analysis.Results Pregnant woman with anemia had an effect on the rate of choke of caesarean birth's infant and abort.Baby weight,pregnant time and the rate of choke of easy delivery infant are not affected by preg nant woman anemia.Conclusion One of main reason of some bad pregnancy outcome is pregnant woman with anemia.Itcs very important to prevent and control pregnant woman with anemia. |
