大鼠认知电位(类P3)的研究

摘    要:目的:探讨引导参数对动物认知电位(类P3)的潜伏期、波形和时程的影响,并将类P3电位与动物行为检测相对比,以阐明动物认知电位与行为活动的相关性,为老年痴呆提供诊疗基础。方法:采用正常大鼠测定听觉类P3、电迷宫条件反射,观察3种导联、两种声强、两种平均叠加次数对P3的影响,比较类P3与电迷宫结果的关系。结果:不同的引导参数对类P3的潜伏期无显著影响。正常大鼠类P3与电迷宫条件反射有相关性。结论:应用类P3评大鼠认知、记忆功能有重要参考价值,对临床检测P3时选择引导参数有一定参考意义。

Abstract:AIM and METHOD:To investigate the effect of leading parameters on the event-related-like potential (P3-like potential) of rats with epidural electrodes and comparison it with animal behavior to elucidate the correletion between the cognitive funotion and behavior.RESULTS:Latencies of the P3-like potentials were not obviously influenced by different lead parameters. The amplitude of the P3-like potentials evoked by 105 dB sound pressure level sounds were also much larger than that by 100 dB sounds. The electric maze indicator had positive correlation with P3-like potentials.CONCLUSION:We take into consideration of the lead parameters when recording the P3-like potentials. The P3-like potential may be a valuable tool for expoloration of cognitive function.
