| 摘 要： | 以授课为基础学习（lecture-based learning，LBL）教学方法与以问题为基础学习（problem-based learning，PBL）教学方法在教学中各有其优缺点。汕头大学医学院微生物学与免疫学教研室在构建网络教学的基础上，优化教学方法，在实施LBL教学方法的同时结合PBL教学方法，充分发挥两种教学方法的优势，提高了免疫学的教学效果并促进了学生综合素质的发展。 |

| Abstract: | The two teaching methods, lecture-based learning and problem-based learning which have advantages and disadvantages show great differences. On the basis of establishment of net-teaching, our department optimized the teaching methods, combined LBL with PBL in immunology theory course, thus improved the quality of teaching and promoted the students' comprehensive quality. |
