银杏达莫注射液治疗糖尿病周围神经病变临床观察

目的观察银杏达莫注射液治疗糖尿病周围神经病的疗效。方法将57例周围神经病变患者随机分成2组,对照组采用周围神经病变的常规治疗方法,治疗组在对照组用药基础上加用银杏达莫注射液,每日静滴20ml治疗3周,并在治疗12周后观察患者症状和体征、血糖情况。结果治疗12周后,银杏达莫注射液治疗组对改善周围神经病变患者的肢体疼痛、麻木、发凉、感觉异常和/或减退等临床症状的总有效率为78.57%,较对照组51.72%,有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论银杏达莫注射液对改善周围神经病变患者的临床症状有明显疗效,是治疗周围神经病变的有效方法之一。

Clinical analysis for Ginkgo - Dipyidamolum in treating patients with diabetic peripheral nerve diseases

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Ginkgo-Dipyidamolum on the patients with diabetic peripheral nerve diseases(DPND).Methods Fifty-Seven patients with DPND were randomly divided into two groups.29 patients in group A(control group) were treated by routine therapy;28 patients in group B(treatment group),on the treatment basis of group A,were treated with Ginkgo-Dipyidamolum by intravenous infusions,20 ml daily for 3 weeks.The symptoms and physical signs of patients,were observed after 12 weeks.Results The total effective rate in improving the clinical symptoms was 78.57% in group B and 51.72% in group A.There was a significant difference between two groups(P<0.01).Conclusions Ginkgo-Dipyidamolum is effective in improving the clinical symptoms of DPND patients.
