Idiopathic dilated cardiomyopathy in pregnancy

Abstract:	We report a 34-year-old woman who presented at 21 weeks with cardiac failure due to idiopathic dilated cardiomyopathy. Following refusal of pregnancy termination, she was treated conservatively with good maternal and neonatal outcome.
