激素性股骨头坏死病机的实验研究

目的 探讨激素性股骨头坏死的发病机理。方法 22只雄性家兔随机分为两组。正常对照组10只，模型组12只，以肌注糖皮质激素诱导家兔股骨头坏死模型为对象，动态观察下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺皮质轴（HPA）形态和功能变化，以及股骨头形态学变化。结果 激素性股骨头坏死模型其HPA轴从形态到功能出现抑制状态，表现为血浆皮质醇（CORT）、促肾上腺皮质激素（CATH）降低。垂体、肾上腺明显萎缩，股骨头陷窝内骨细胞坏死。结论 HPA轴从形态到功能的全面抑制状态，可能是激素性股骨头坏死早期发病的直接或间接的原因之一。

Experimental study of pathogenesis of steroid induced avascular necrosis of femoral head
