| 摘 要： | 目的：观察芪参益气滴丸对高脂血家兔血小板胞内游离钙浓度（Ca^2＋]i）的影响，并探讨芪参益气滴丸抗血小板活化的机制。方法：16只大耳白兔随机分为正常对照组和高脂喂养组，定期监测血TC值，待正常组与高脂组血脂稳定且有显著差异时，颈总动脉取血，采用高脂血浆孵育正常血小板并用体外给药的方法，运用多功能读板机检测并计算血小板胞浆内Ca^2＋]i浓度的变化。结果：芪参益气组Ca^2＋]i为（253．26±153．00）mmol／L较模型组Ca^2＋]i（401．68±126．59）mmol／L明显下降（经平方数值变换，t=-9．6917，P〈0．01），与阿司匹林组Ca^2＋]i（214．62±69．25）mmol／L比较，无显著性差异（P〉0．05）。结论：芪参益气滴丸对体外高脂血浆孵育的血小板活化所致Ca^2＋]i的升高有明显抑制作用。
