| 摘 要： | 目的：观察消喘膏三伏穴位贴敷防治慢性支气管炎的临床疗效。方法：选择120例慢性支气管炎缓解期患者，治疗组60例采用梅花针叩刺，穴位外敷消喘膏治疗；对照组口服固本咳喘片5片，3次／日，1年为1疗程。结果：治疗3个疗程后，治疗组临床治愈16例，显效32例，好转9例，无效3例，总有效率95．0％。对照组60例，临床治愈10例，显效19例，好转8例，无效23例，总有效率61．7％。治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组，两组间比较有明显差异（x^2=19．64，P〈0．01）。结论：消喘膏三伏穴位敷贴治疗慢性支气管炎缓解期疗效满意。 |
