Abstract:
Objective:To discuss the value of four-dimensional pelvic floor ultrasound in evaluating the efficacy of electrical stimulation combined with biofeedback and pelvic floor muscle exercises in the treatment of stress urinary incontinence(SUI).Methods:Sixty SUI patients were taken as research objects,and they were carried out electrical stimulation combined with biofeedback and pelvic floor muscle exercises for three months.The area and width of levator hiatus,levator ani muscle thickness,bladder neck mobility,bladder posterior urethra angle and urethra opening infundibulum formation rate were examined by perineal four-dimensional pelvic floor ultrasound before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,levator ani muscle thickness was significantly thickened and the area and width of levator hiatus were significantly decreased compared to those before treatment(all P<0.05).The bladder neck mobility,bladder posterior urethra angle were significantly decreased compared to those before treatment(both P<0.05).The urethra opening infundibulum formation rate was 70.00%(42/60)and 25.00%(15/60)before and after treatment,and the urethra opening infundibulum formation rate was significantly reduced after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Four-dimensional pelvic floor ultrasound has good clinical value in evaluating the effects of electric stimulation combined with biofeedback and pelvic floor muscle exercises in patients with SUI.
