唑来膦酸联合单次或多次分割放射治疗转移性骨痛的临床分析

目的 观察唑来膦酸联合单次或多次分割放射治疗转移性骨痛的疗效和毒副反应.方法 98例骨转移患者分A和B两组.A组为唑来膦酸联合单次分割(8 Gy/1F)照射组,共48例.B组为唑来膦酸联合多次分割(30 Gy/10F)照射组,共50例.结果 A组和B组疼痛缓解率分别为91.7%和92.0%,活动能力改善总有效率为89.6%和90.0%,毒副反应率相似,两组间比较无统计学差异(P＞0.05).结论 唑来膦酸联合单次与多次分割放射治疗转移性骨痛的疗效相似.推荐临床采用唑来膦酸联合单次分割放射治疗转移性骨痛,其安全、有效、经济、方便.

Zoledronic acid combined with single or multiple fraction radiotherapy for metastatic bone pain

ObjectiveTo observe the effects and toxicity of zoledronic acid combined with single or multiple fraction radiotherapy for metastatic bone pain.MethodsNinety-eight patients suffering from metastatic bone pain were randomized into group A(n=48)receiving zoledronic acid and single fraction radiotherapy,and group B(n=50)receiving zoledronic acid and multiple fraction radiotherapy.ResultsThe effective rate in group A and group B was 91.7% and 92.0%,and their improvement of activities was 89.6% and 90%,respectively.The ratio of adverse reactions in two groups were similar,with no statistical difference(P>0.05).ConclusionZoledronic acid combined with single or multiple fraction radiotherapy has similar clinical response.Zoledronic acid combined with single fraction is an efficient and cost-effective alternative to traditional multiple fraction radiotherapy for metastatic bone pain.
