Abstract:Objective To compare the application value of automatic blood cell analyzer and blood cell morphology examination in blood routine test. Methods From June 2019 to July 2019, 3 000 patients who underwent routine blood test in our hospital were selected as the study subjects. The blood samples of all patients were divided equally into group A and B,and were examined by automatic blood cell analyzer and automatic blood cell morphology digital image analyzer respectively.The result of artificial microscope was taken as the gold standard, and the results of leukocyte abnormality detection in the two methods were compared. Results The results of the group A showed that the positive rate of samples in 3 000 patients was 3.67%, the sensitivity was 90.99%, and the specificity was 99.69%;the results of the group B showed that the positive rate of samples in 3 000 patients was 3.67%, the sensitivity was 97.30%, and the specificity was 99.93%. The sensitivity in the group B was higher than that in the group A(P<0.05). Conclusion The automatic blood cell morphology digital image analyzer in the detection of leukocyte abnormalities has higher sensitivity than the automatic blood cell analyzer, it has the advantages of high efficiency and fast speed, but which can not replace the artificial microscopy.
