| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨护理干预对腰椎间盘突出症伴糖尿病患者围手术期的影响。方法：将2005年1月～2008年1月我科收治的腰椎间盘突出症伴糖尿病患者80例随机分成实验组和对照组各40例，对照组行常规围手术期护理，实验组在此基础上增加精心的护理干预。比较两组患者血糖控制情况、住院时间、切口甲级愈合率及患者满意率情况。结果：实验组术前、术后血糖低于对照组（P〈O．01）；总住院时间短于对照组（P〈0．01）；切口甲级愈合率及患者满意度均高于对照组（P〈O．05，P〈0．01）。结论：护理干预有利于患者血糖控制，降低手术风险，缩短住院时间，提高切口甲级愈合率及患者满意率，促进患者早日康复。 |
