宁夏伤害患者住院现况调查

目的了解宁夏伤害住院患者的伤害流行特征,探讨伤害的预防控制方向。方法采用二阶段抽样方法,先从宁夏4个地区的所有县级以上医院中,按区、市、县三级分别抽取1所医院,共抽取9所医院。以病案号编序,用系统抽样的方法抽取每家医院50%的出院日期为2006年1月1日至2006年12月30日,并据《ICD-10损伤与中毒外部原因分类》诊断明确的伤害住院病例共5573例为研究对象。描述其流行病学特征。结果调查符合条件的病例5573例,年龄最小不足1岁,最大90.1岁,中位数为34.00岁。男性4025例,（72.2%）;女性1548例（27.8%）,男女性别比2.60∶1。构成位于前三位的伤害类型是交通事故（40.1%）、钝器伤（22.3%）和跌倒/坠落（17.9%）。15-岁组和35-岁组伤害例数最多,分别为2085例和2191例,占总伤害病例数的76.7%。农民、工人、学生和学龄前儿童所占的比例较高。伤害病例时间分布集中在7-10月份。结论应从伤害流行病学分布特征入手,开展重点人群的健康教育工作并进行干预。
