| 摘 要： | 目的观察大剂量吡喹酮对人脑脊髓型斯氏狸殖吸虫病的治疗作用。方法用吡喹酮治疗24例脑脊髓型斯氏狸殖吸虫病患者，随访6—12个月，观察患者中枢神经系统症状体征及周围血嗜酸性粒细胞的变化情况。结果经治疗后，全部患者的中枢神经系统症状体征均已消失，周围血嗜酸性粒细胞恢复正常。患者服药期间及随访过程中均未出现明显的不良反应。结论大剂量吡喹酮治疗脑脊髓型斯氏狸殖吸虫病具有疗效好、疗程短、耐受性好的优点。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of high dose praziquantel in patients with cerebral type paragonimiasis skrjabini. Methods 24 patients were treated with praziquantel and were followed up for 6 - 12 months. Symptoms of central nervous system and hemogram were observed before and after treatment. Results Symptoms of central nervous system in the whole patients all disappeared and eosinophil got back the right of results after treatment. There was no adverse effect of the drug. Conclusion High dose praziquantel has marked therapeutic effect on cerebral type paragonimiasis skrjabini. It is safe in administration and well tolerated. |
