| 摘 要： | 目的通过分析介入栓塞治疗子宫肌瘤术后情况评价UAE价值。方法78例子宫肌瘤患者,经超选择子宫动脉用真丝线段或PVA栓塞,术后观察并行随访。结果术后主要不良反应是盆腔疼痛及发热,月经恢复、贫血及盆腔压迫症状明显改善。结论子宫肌瘤的介入栓塞治疗是安全和有效的 |
