| 摘 要： | 目的探讨鼻内镜手术治疗鼻窦炎及鼻息肉的疗效以及影响疗效的相关因素。方法经鼻内镜手术治疗的鼻腔、鼻窦疾病患者166例的病例资料。结果166例(225侧)病例随访1年以上,治愈87例,好转53例,无效26例,有效率为84·3%,手术无严重的并发症发生。结论熟练的麻醉技术、术者丰富的操作经验、恰当的术后处理、定期合理的鼻内镜随访是保证远期手术疗效的关键。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss some factors which are related with curative effects of endoscopic surgery of nasosinustis and rhinopolypus.Methods One hundred sixty-six patients with rhinosinusopatia were received endoscopic surgery from July.Results One hundred sixty-six patients were followed up for 1 year in average.The therapeutic effect of 87 of them were cured.53 were improved and 26 were ineffective.The effective rate was 84.3%.No sydrome happened after endoscopic surgery.Conclusion Anaesthesia, experience of the operator, proper treatments after endoscopic surgery and regular visits to patients are key points to make sure good curative effect. |
