热毒宁治疗小儿腹泻的疗效观察

目的探讨比较热毒宁与利巴韦林治疗小儿腹泻的临床疗效。方法选取2009年1月～2011年1月来就诊患儿120例进行治疗观察,将患儿随机分为两组,对照组56例,给予利巴韦林治疗。治疗组64例,给予热毒宁治疗。结果治疗组总有效率90.6%,对照组总有效率73.2%。两组总有效率比较具有统计学差异（P〈0.05）。治疗组的呕吐、腹泻、发热及疗程等平均治愈时间均明显短于对照组,经比较具有统计学差异（P〈0.05）。结论热毒宁注射液治疗小儿腹泻优于利巴韦林,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the redlining and ribavirin in treatment of infantile diarrhea clinical curative effect.Methods from 2009 January to 2011 January in our hospital,120 cases were treated and observed in children,the children were randomly divided into two groups,56 cases in the control group,give ribavirin therapy.The treatment group 64 cases,given the Reduning treatment.Results the total effective rate in the treatment group and 90.6% in control group,the total efficiency of 73.2%.Two groups of the total efficiency had significant difference（P〈0.05 ） .The treatment group of vomiting,diarrhea,fever and treatment etc the average healing time was significantly shorter than that in the control group,by comparison with statistical difference（P〈0.05 ） .Conclusion Reduning Injection in treatment of infantile diarrhea than ribavirin,worthy of clinical application.
