| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the application effect of airway management in maintenance treatment of patients with cardiopulmonary resuscitation in emergency department.Methods:A total of 300 emergency cardiopulmonary resuscitation patients who received maintenance treatment during January 1,2012-May 1,2020 were as research subjectsand were divided into two groups with the random number table method,the observation group and the control group,150 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given airway management based on the control group.The rescue timeintubation time ICU admission timeblood gas index[including arterial blood oxygen partial pressurearterial blood(PaO2)CO2 partial pressure(PaCO2)]adverse reactions occurrencenursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The rescue timeintubation time and ICU admission time were higher in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).1 month after the interventionthe PaO2 was higher in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0.05),the PaCO2 was lower in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0.01).The occurrence of adverse reactions was lower in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction was higher in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of airway management in the maintenance treatment of patients with cardiopulmonary resuscitation in the emergency department can shorten the intubation time,strive for the rescue time,help to improve the patient′s blood gas index and reduce the occurrence of adverse events,so as to improve the satisfaction of nursing. |
