Effect of Peer Mutual Emotional Support on Patients with Primary Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy |

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the effect of peer mutual emotional support on patients with primary continuous renal replacement therapy(CRRT).Methods:A total of 120 CRRT patients received during January 1,2018-January 1,2020 were divided into the study group and the control group acccording to the random digital table 60 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention and the study group was given peer support plan.Before and after interventionsocial support scale and general self-efficacy scale were used to evaluate social support and self-efficacy in the two groups.Results:After interventionthe social support scores and self-efficacy scores of the two groups were higher than those before intervention(P<0.05);Those in the study group higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of peer mutual emotional support plan in patients withh the first continuous renal replacement therapy can improve the social support degree and strengthen the self-care ability involved in disease among patients. |
