摘    要:[目的]研究冰片酯的合成工艺.[方法]采用FT-IR、13CNMR、1HNMR证实冰片酯的结构,采用正交试验设计考察投料比、反应温度与反应时间对合成工艺的影响.[结果]正交实验结果显示,冰片酯的优化工艺条件为:冰片与酸投料比为1:1.2,反应温度为110℃,反应时间为6 h.[结论]该工艺对于更多冰片酯类衍生物的开发,...

Abstract:Objective To study the synthesis process of borneol ester.Methods The structure of borneol ester was confirmed by FT-IR,13CNMR and 1HNMR.Orthogonal design was used to investigate the effect of reactant mole ratio,reaction temperature and reaction time on the synthesis process.Results The orthogonal design result showed that the condition of process optimization was as follows:reactant mole ratio of borneol and acid was 1∶1.2,reaction temperature was 110℃,reaction time was 6 h.Conclusion The synthesis process has certain reference value for developing more ramifications of borneol ester,broadening the application scope of Borneol.
