未破裂型宫外孕的超声诊断价值

目的 探索超声对未破裂型宫外孕的诊断价值，以期指导临床手术和治疗。方法 回顾性分析经超声检查的60例未破裂型宫外孕的声像图特点。并与手术病理和临床观察治疗结果相对照。结果 未破裂型宫外孕声像特点表现为：1．附件异常回声包块。2．子宫声像改变。3．盆腔少量积液。诊断符合率为90％(54／60)。结论 B超对未破裂型宫外孕的诊断具有重要临床价值。

The Diagnostic Value of Ultrasonography on unruptured extrauterine pregnancy

Objective To evaluate ultrasonography for diagnostic value of unruptured extrauterine pregnancy and for directing operation and clinical treatment.Methods The ultrasonographic features of unruptured extrauterine pregnancy cases were analysed and compared with operation and pathology and the results of clinical treatment.Results The ultrasonographic feature of the cases showed:1.the abnomal echoic poroma.2.the changed image of uterine.3.a little of effusion in pelvic.Ultrasonographic coincidence rate was 90%(54/60).Conclusions Ultrasonography is valuable on unruptured extrauterine pregnancy.
