| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨血竭粉治疗溃疡期褥疮的疗效。方法 将42例溃疡期褥疮分为两组：观察组25例，采用血竭粉调和万花油之敷；对照组17例，采用雷佛奴尔湿敷。两组进行疗效对比。结果 观察组治愈时间明显短于对照组（P＜0．005），疗效明显优于对照组（P＜0．01）。结论 应用血竭粉调和万花油治疗溃疡期褥疮，效果良好，临床可推广应用。 |

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo study the efficacy of dragon's blood powder in the treatment of bed-sore at ulceration.Methods42 cases with ulcerous bed-sore into two groups randomly, 25 of them in the experimental group receiving the powder with universal oil onto the external wounds and 27 as controls treated with Rivanol wetly.ResultsThe cure rate in the experimental groups was significantly higher that than from the control ( P <0.01).ConclusionThe administration of dragon's blood power with universal oil to cure the ulcerous bed-sore results in better curative effect and thus is worth of publication. |
