398株铜绿假单胞菌的分布及耐药性分析

目的：了解我院398株铜绿假单胞菌（PA）的分布及耐药性变迁,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法：收集2006年1月~2009年12月分离的铜绿假单胞菌的药敏结果,对铜绿假单胞菌排位、分布情况、耐药性的变迁进行分析。结果：2008~2009年的PA检出率（13.21%）明显高于2006~2007年（8.10%）,检出细菌的排位发生了变化;其中痰标本中分离的菌株最多。PA在ICU的分布率呈上升趋势。2008~2009年与2006~2007年相比,PA对头孢他啶、亚胺培南、左氧氟沙星的耐药率显著上升（P〈0.05）。结论：PA对部分β内酰胺类药物耐药率呈明显上升趋势,提示临床上合理应用抗菌药物极为重要,应完善耐药监控体系,延缓耐药性的产生。

Distribution and drug resistance analysis of 398 strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa

Objective： To investigate the distribution and analysis of the antibiotic resistance of 398 strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa（PA）.Methods： The isolated strains of PA were detected by drug sensitivity test from January 2006 to December 2009.Results： The detection rate of PA during 2008-2009 was higher than that during 2006-2007（13.21% vs 8.10%）,and most of PA strains were isolated from sputa.The distribution rate of PA in ICU was rising.Their resistance to Ceftazidime,Imipenem and Levofloxacin was significantly increased between 2008-2009 compared with that between 2006-2007（P0.05）.Conclusion： The resistance of PA to some β-lactam antibiotics is increasing,indicating that rational use of antibiotics is very important in the clinical practice.We should improve the supervision system to reduce antibiotic resistance of PA.
