| 摘 要： | 目的分析推拿配合温针灸治疗血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症临床效果。方法抽取我院2014年3月—2016年7月收治的92例血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症患者,采用随机数字表法分组,各46例。对照组采用推拿治疗,研究组采用推拿配合温针灸治疗,两组均持续治疗10d。统计两组患者临床疗效。结果研究组治疗总有效率为93.48%(43/46)高于对照组的76.09%(35/46),差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论采用推拿配合温针灸治疗血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症效果显著,值得推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the clinical effect of massage combined with warm acupuncture in the treatment of blood stasis type lumbar disc herniation.Methods 92 cases of patients with blood stasis type lumbar disc herniation from March 2014 to July 2016 in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups with random number table method, with 46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with massage, and the study group was treated with acupuncture combined with warm acupuncture treatment.The two groups were treated for 10d.The clinical curative effect of the two groups was analyzed.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 93.48%(43/46), which was higher than 76.09% (35/46) of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The massage combined with warm acupuncture in the treatment of blood stasis type lumbar disc herniation has significant effect, and is worthy of promotion. |
