建立基于电子化患者报告结局的症状管理系统的实践

症状管理是临床医疗照护的基础,传统的症状管理由医生主导。随着对“以患者为中心”医疗照护模式的重视,基于患者报告结局的症状管理模式日益受到推崇。随着信息技术的发展,电子化患者报告结局(ePRO)因能显著减轻医生负担、增加患者依从性和提高沟通效率而被症状研究和管理领域所关注。在西方国家,ePRO已较广泛地用于临床症状评估、监测和管理,而在国内这尚处于探索阶段。本文将介绍我们基于国内网络实情,建立新一代基于ePRO的症状管理系统并用于临床科研的过程和经验。

Establishing a symptom management system based on electronic patient-reported outcome

Symptom management is the basis of clinical medical care,and traditional symptom management is dominated by doctors.With the emphasis on“patient-centered”medical care,the symptom management mode based on patient-reported outcome is increasingly advocated.Along with the development of information technology,electronic patient-reported outcome(ePRO)is gaining attention in the field of symptom research and management,because it can significantly reduce the burden for clinicians,increase patient compliance and improve communication efficiency.In western countries,ePRO has been widely used for clinical symptom assessment,monitoring and management,while it is still in the exploratory stage in China.The process and experience of establishing a new generation symptom management system for clinical research that is based on ePRO and the real-world internet in China are introduced.
