CA-1500全自动血凝仪性能评价

目的：了解CA-1500全自动血凝仪的基本性能。方法：选择凝血酶原时间（PT）、活化部分凝血活酶时间（APTT）、纤维蛋白原（Fg)、D-二聚体（D-Dimer)、抗凝血酶3因子（AT-3）几种指标。对该仪器的凝固法、发色底物法,免疫比浊法三个检测系统的一些性能进行初步评价。结果：各指标线性试验。相关系数均在0.97以上,CV小于5%,携带有较高的精密度,准确度,溶血干扰影响小,可消除携带污染,检测速度可达120项/h,可储存1000人次的实验数据。检验项目组合,打印报告方式多样化等优点,能够应用于临床常规工作。

Evaluation of Performance of CA-1500 Automatic Coagulometer

Objective:To evaluate the performance of CA-1500 automatic coagulometer. Methods: Items of prothrombin time (PT), activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT), fibrinogen (Fg), D-Dimer, antithrombin Ⅲ (AT-Ⅲ) were included to evaluate the system of Coagulation, Chromogenic and Immunoassay. Results:After linear regression analysis, all examined items were found to show good linearity, and their corelation coefficient were over 0.97, CV was lower than 5%. Carried contaminating rate of PT was 0.2%, and its rate of APTT was 4.6%. The effect of hemolysis on the result was slight ( P＞0.05, by Student T test). Conclusion: CA-1500 automatic coagulometer shows relatively high accuracy. The effect of hemolysis was slight. The carried contaminating could be well eliminated. It also has the capability of examining 120 species per hour and saving as many as 1000records. The CA-1500 has excellent multiplicity of examining component and record printing, and is suitable for routine examination.
