老年骨质疏松性髋部骨折的临床分析及护理干预

目的 :分析老年骨质疏松性髋部骨折的发病原因及诱发因素并实施护理干预。方法 :对 6 8例 6 0岁以上骨质疏松性髋部骨折患者 ,询问并记录其一般资料及发病时的状况。结果 :本组骨折女性占 6 6 18% ,男性占33 82 %。室内外活动时跌倒是骨质疏松性髋部骨折的主要危险因素。结论 :护理人员应针对骨折的发病原因及致伤因素 ,采取有效的护理干预措施 ,减少骨质疏松性髋部骨折的发生。

Clinical analysis and nursing interventions of elder osteoporosis fracture of acetabulum

Objective :To analyze the pathogenic factors and predisposing factors of elder osteoporosis fracture of hip,and carry out nursing interventions. Methods :To question 68 patients of osteoporosis fracture of hip who were over 60 years old and record their personal information as well as their clinical features. Results :Female fracture was 66.18% and 33.82% in male.The dominant dangerous factor of osteoporosis fracture of hip is falls during activities outdoors or indoors. Conclusion :Effective nursing intervention methods should be chosen based on the predisposing factors and causes of injury,to decrease the occurrence of fracture.
