羊痘1例

患者男,58岁,牧羊人。左手指背部和腕部丘疹、水疱,伴瘙痒及疼痛1周。皮损为半球形水疱,呈暗红色,顶部平坦,中心有脐凹,周围有红晕,界限清楚。组织病理示:表皮内有明显细胞内及细胞间水肿,空泡形成;气球状变性,表皮内水疱形成,真皮乳头高度水肿,伴有致密浆细胞、淋巴细胞、中性粒细胞浸润。诊断:羊痘。

A Case of Orf

The man patient was a shopherd,58 years old.The patient presented with papule and vesicle on his left back of fingers and wrist with itching and tenderness for one week.Lesions were hemispheroid madder red vesicles,which tops were evenness and had hilar depression in the center,and surrounding had areolas,and that boundries were cleared.Histopathological finding showed obviously intracellular and intercellular edema in epidermis,vacuolization,ballooning degeneration and bullae formation.Dermis papilla highly swelled,with plasmocyte、lymphocyte and neutrophil infiltrating.Diagnosis:orf.
