聚甲酚磺醛凝胶治疗宫颈糜烂的随机对照多中心临床研究

目的评价聚甲酚磺醛凝胶(阴道酸剂)治疗宫颈糜烂的疗效和安全性。方法用随机对照临床试验,试验组108例,对照组103例。分别隔日阴道给予聚甲酚磺醛凝胶和聚甲酚磺醛栓,共6次;治疗后,随访3个月经周期。结果治疗后,2组病人宫颈糜烂面缩小,深度变浅。第3次月经净后随访,有效率分别为46.30%和48.54%,获益率分别为76.85%和78.64%;临床症状评分较治疗前降低,差异均无统计学意义。2组药物不良反应发生率分别为9.58%和7.50%。结论聚甲酚磺醛凝胶治疗宫颈糜烂安全、有效。

Randomized controlled multicenter clinical trial of policresulen gel in the treatment of cervical erosion

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of policresulen gel compared with policresulen suppository in the treatment of cervical erosion. Methods Randomized controlled multicenter clinical trial was conducted every other day from 3 days after menorrhea, the test group of 108 cases were given policresulen gel and the control group of 103 cases were given policresulen suppository for six times, respectively. In every 3 - 7 clay after menorrhea , the vaginal discharge and the sige of the cervical erosion were observed after treatment. Results After one cycle treatment , these patients were observed three menstrual cycles , the effifiency increased. The effifiency of the policresulen gel was 46.30% and which of the policresulen suppository was 48.54%, respectively. The benefit were 76.85% and 78.64%, respectively. Both two groups of symptom were improved after trentment. There were no significant statistic difference between these two groups. The total rate of adverse reaction of policresulen gel and policresulen suppository were 9.58% , 7.50% respectively. Conclusion It is suggested that policresulen gel was safe and efficient in the treatment of cervical erosion.
